David Hunter

For over 20 years David has given insolvency and debt advice to people in financial difficulty. Because of his own personal experience of financial difficulties in the 1980's following a partnership dispute, he understands why they need sound and sympathetic guidance at this time. He holds an Insolvency Permit from ICAS and acts for a wide range of professional advisers in conducting free initial reviews and formal insolvency appointments. Recently the number of his appointments as trustee on protected trust deeds and sequestrations has grown considerably.
